i had authourized one dolar to be taken out for a trial version of the product and authourized no other money transactions at all, and was charged another 29.95 which i never authourized at all. i demand my money placed back into my account and speak to someone about this matter. this is absolutely ridiculous and will not be tolerated.

I DI NOT AUTHORIZE THIS WITHDRAWAL AND DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY GOT MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER. I AM DEMANDING THAT THIS AMOUNT BE CREDITED BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT ASAP. I AM DISABLED AND THIS CHARGE WILL NOW CAUSE MY ELECTRIC PAYMENT TO BE RETURNED AND MY POWER SHUT OFF. I HAVE 3 CHILDREN THAT I HAVE TO FEED, CLOTHE, ETC AND UTILITIES TO PAY AND I AM ON A FIXED INCOME. Like everyone else I authorized $1 for the Google Success Kit and received nothing in return. I quickly canceled after finding all the complaints online at 18663518557. If you tell them that you never received anything and are completely unsatisfied with the so-called service... they claim they will refund your money (29.95, 11.95, 9.95) in 5-10 business days. You must use the "I'm completely unsatisfied language for them to go ahead and refund your money and cancel the subscription as well.

Consequently when I asked about the other charges, Visa Purchase Identity Security and Visa Purchase Fraud Protection they informed me that was another service and gave me another 800# for them which is 18663872521.

In the mean time call your credit or debit card company and request a new card to put a final stop to all fraudulent charges.

I also called the Google Inc. to ask them about the google success kit and they said they ARE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THE GOOGLE SUCCESS KIT.

GOOGLE IS AWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY BUT HAVE NOT MADE THE PUBLIC AWARE. This smells fishy to me. Why wouldnt they warn the public of this fraudulent activity?

PLEASE CALL GOOGLE AND LET THEM KNOW THAT YOU WERE SCAMMED BECAUSE SOMEONE IS USING THEIR NAME TO RECEIVE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD INFORMATION.

That Google Success kit is a load of crap!
I did how ever manage to find out how to download one of the kits, but still, I've read through it all, as informative as it was, it never actually showed me HOW to do anything! Just gave 40 pages of "Commercial Awareness".
Now I was shocked to find money had been taken out of my Mastercard just yesterday!
The bastards are going to pay for it man!
