I too was a victim of the google success kit. However thanks to the comments of the other victims i was able to get a refund of the US$29.95.

I contacted the live chat services listed by the other complaintants and she told me that i would be unable to receive a refund as it was clearly stated in the terms and conditions which i accepted. I then informed the chat service that i had not received any emails informing me that the transaction was/had taken place and asked what i had received for that US$29.95. She then informed me that she had cancelled my membership and will receive a full refund which should be in my account within 5-10 working days (which is still pending).

Also there are other fee's associated with the GOOGLE SUCCESS KIT which you need to contact to also cancel there continuing fee's which there contacts are listed in the other complaintants comments.

ALSO A BIG THANK YOU TO THE PERSON WHO WENT THROUGH THE LEGAL PROCEDURES IF IT WERE'NT FOR YOU I DONT THINK IT WOULD OF BEEN THAT EASY TO HAVE MADE THE AGREEMENT TO HAVE MY MONEY REFUNDED SO TO YOU THANKS HEAPS...

Signed up for the $1.00 free trial. Confirmation said I should expect my kit delivery within a week.

Nothing came and they charged $29.95 to my CC.

A strongly worded phone call and threats to go to the FTC got me a cancellation and refund.

Worse - two FREE bonus memberships to FraudProtectionResources.com and PreventMyIDTheft.com also started charging my CC.

Again, threats of the FTC got me a cancellation and refund.

Very curious that all three provided identical confirmation numbers while claiming not to be at all connected.

The email confirmation from the cancelled free bonus memberships came FROM THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS and signed by the SAME PERSON!

There has to be a way to put these people out of business!

I authorized a $1.00 charge to my debit card to receive a google success kit that never came. Just this morning I noticed a $29.95 charge on my bank stmt while checking it online. I never authorized this charge and I want my money back. These people messed with the wrong guy. I will go out of my way to get this money back. These people will wish they nevr &^%*ed with me!

I was charged two unathorized charges to my debit card and I am demanding to get my money back I am trying to call the number and all I get is b/s I am not taking this anymore and will do all I have to in order to get my money back. This google success kit is all lies I never have recieved anything from them and I never did authorize any charges to my card.
