Few days ago I received an email about Google Success kit which seems to be real from Google and submited my credit card details to buy the Google Success kit, but till now didn't receive any thing in post and the company has charged me enough money for that kit nearly all together I lost £25 to £30 till now.I have been told by my bank that they cant block this payment coz I have authorised this payment. I ordered a Google Success Kit on 11/24/08 for the sum of $1 to cover shipping. I have not received my kit to date and now have multiple charges to my accoun as follows;
12/2/08 $11.95 google success kit
12/8/08 $4.95 fraud protection
12/15/08 $9.95 identity security
1/2/09 $11.95 google success kit

I have not authorized these transactions, I would like a full refund to my account. This is a complete rip off and is not acceptable.

I signed for $1 to be charged to my credit card for a Google Success Kit. I have never received the kit, and now I recieved my credit card statement and there are 2 additional charged - one for $11.95 and one for $4.95 - totally unauthorized or unwanted. Please help me contact this scam company to get my money back.

I just checked my bank statement and on 12/26/08 I was charged $29.95 for a "googlesucceskit". I do not even know where this charge came from, what the charge was for, and who to complain to. I am only 18 and do not have a whole lot of money in the first place and this really hurt. I need to know where to go to get this reversed. My phone bill is approaching and I need the cash! someone please tell me what to do.

I signed up for the Google Success Kit for $1.00 in hopes of making money from home.Supposedly to review for 10 days, then be charged $29.95 monthly if I decided to try the program. Well after 7 days & still not receiving anything was charged $29.95.
Had to call my bank to get a contact number that worked. Was hung up on by one woman when I called, was told by another, after calling back, that the subscription was cancelled, but I was not eliglible for a refund!!! I explained again, that I never received the program & if she could not authorize a refund to get someone on the phone that had the power!
I finally got a confirmation # but then was told it would take 5 to 10 business days to be put back in my account, this is after I informed them they would be held responcible for any NSF fees this caused!!!
