I was charged 11.95 after the initial ($1.00) on my credit card which is tied to my bank and this and a government grant program which I was also charged 11.95 for. There was no literature that I could see that indicated I would be charged this.

It wouldn't be so bad if the charges didn't cause overdrafts in my account costing me over $70.00

I oked 1.00 Charge for a kit and never reived anything I cannot find a phone # to call these people and I have just been charged $11.05 that I did not authorize I would like to cancel any other charges but I don't kow how to get in Touch with these people would appreciate any help Thanks B. Moore

this is sheilabaldree you charged my account 11.95 i did not authorize you to do it please put my money back an i have not recieved a damn thing from you or your co. an wish not to deal with you i work hard for my money an you have no right to just take it i want it back i will contact you by phone

This add first showed up on my e-mail, I was looking for work that I could do from home so clicked on it and it sounded legit so I okayed for it which the kit was to cost only a 1.oo so I did it. Never received a kit or information about it, then I checked my bank balance and I was then charged 11.95 which I did not authorize. So I called the number listed on the account. It took them a hard time finding my account, so after 10 or so minutes they finally found it. I also told him I was reading a lot of other complaints that said they were charged the 1.00 and never received the kit then was charged unauthorized 11.95 and still didn't get anything. When they found my account he said he would cancel and gave me a cancelation number, and then said under the rules and regulations this money was non refundable, but will refund it out of COURTESY! they will refund the money which should hit my bank within 5 to 10 days. We will see.

same as everyone else obviously, paid a dollar for the kit, never got it and unauthorized debit of 11.95 deducted from my account, need it stopped and money refunded and never received product
