I had the same thing happen to me. I agreed to the $1.00 special rate shipping charge. No additional charge was mentioned, and I recieved NOTHING! One week later, I had a debit to my account for $11.95. Which was conveniently done on a Friday, so I had no way of knowing what it was for, until Monday. By then the bank had paid it, and said it could not be reversed. BUT, THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT, so there will be no additional charges from this company!! This is a good start. They also pointed out to me that along with the listing for the charges, there is a 10 digit number. That is their phone number. Not the 800 number, this number ... 1-866-341-7163. I called. They said, the $11.95 is a MONTHLY CHARGE for the right to access their website and learn needed information. The trial offer apparently is not sent through the mail, it is e-mailed to you. Your trial period is one week. I told them I was totally unaware there were to be any additional charges, (including the $11.95), especially without my knowledge and consent, and I want it reimbursed immediately!! HE DID!!! He said it will take 5 - 10 days to show up in my account, (what a surprise!), AND I received an e-mail clarifying they are reimbursing the charge. Time will tell.

HI, Ian smith here. I took the $1 google success kit and see now that money is being deducted from my credit card to which I did not aggree.
What and where do I go to sort it out

I approved Google mailing the Google Success Kit for $1.00, but I never received it. Now, they are charging $11.95, which is an unauthorized amount. Please refund the $1.00 and $11.95 charges in addition to the $35.00 overdraft fee you caused by debiting my account the $11.95. This is a total scam & needs to be stopped immediately!

I authorized the Google Success Kit for $1.00 . Since I hadnt had time to even check out the system during the trial . Not to mention never got the kit. Seems like they purposely mail anything way after the trial period and you get conned into paying out more money . Anyway I cancelled 2 days before the trial period ended and I still got charged. Gotta be so careful with what you agree to on the internet I have learn to take the time and read ALL the fine print!!!. Now i gotta call and get them to take this charge I did not agree to :(

Apparently, like many others, I was charged $11.95 for a Google Success Kit I have yet to receive and which I do not want. I also found a $4.95 Fraud Protection charge (don't miss the irony here) having been deducted from my checking account as well.
The contact number directs one to "Quick Cash Support.com", an apprently non-existant web-site. None of the searches I conducted to find it led me anywhere near anything resembling "Quick Cash Support.com, although the name shows up in several other sites, none of which have customer service contacts.
The "direct line" to Google is manned by Ms Memorex, who requests you leave a name and number and they will call you back. If this is how
Google works, I'm sure there isn't enough time in the day for Google to call everyone they've scammed so far. I'm calling my bank!
