	December 5, 2008 fraud Paid $1.60AUD for the kit have not received it, have had charges of $27.91AUD unauthorized taken from my account, this matter needs to be addressed by you and I demand a full refund of all monies immediately. I wouldn' want to be connected to your product even if it made me a millionaire. I am in contact with my bank and will take all necessary steps I can to retreive the unauthorized charges to my account. SCAMMERS
	December 2, 2008 unauthorized payment I was supposed to pay a dollar for a kit and I just looked at my bank statement and I was charged 11.95.
	December 1, 2008 unwarranted charges I received a charge of $11.95 to my credit card that I did not want. I was charged $1 for a kit I never received. I would like the $11.95 charge removed from my card immediately.
	November 29, 2008 not authorized There was a $11.95 and a $1.00 charge(s) made against my debit card. I never authorized these charges and would apppreciate it if you would return MY MONEY to my account asap!!! preferrably w/in 24hours!!! And by the way do you think you can give me back the last 4 hours of my life that I have had to use dealing with this B.S. ?!?!?! Time that I could of spent with my family ????????HMMMMM????????
	November 28, 2008 Unwanted charge I received a charge of $11.95 to my credit card that I did not want. I was charged $1 for a kit I never received. I would like the $11.95 charge removed from my card.
	November 26, 2008 NEVE RECEIVED IT AND UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE OF $11.95 WAS MADE TO MY CREDIT CARD I approved your mailing the Google Success Kit for $1.00, but I never received it. Now, you are charging $11.95, which is an unauthorized amount. Please refund the $1.00 and $11.95 charges as this is a scam and I no longer am interested in dealing with you. 	November 25, 2008 unauthorized charges On 11-14-08 and again on 11-24-08, a charge was made to my check account and neither was authorized and I want them removed.
