Did Not Receive Product Paid For
I came across a pop-up ad for the Google Success kit on my Yahoo mail sign in page.
I read it, I liked what I read and so i ordered the disk. It was supposed to cost me 1.99 for S&H.
When the disk came, it was from google Treasure Chest and contained a lot of information such as "how to write copy" for ad's and how to setup a web page etc. Not only was this information not what I ordered, it was not organized in any semblance of a step-by-step instruction format
This is not what I ordered so I called "google treasure chest" to have them send me the correct disk...well, it turns out they didn't have anything to do with the Google Success Kit" AND, they were charging me $79.00 per month to be part of their club!
I NEVER signed up for their club, I NEVER agreed to their terms and conditions and i certainly NEVER agreed to pay them $79.00 a month for information i did not order.
The customer service rep at google treasuer chest gave me a number to what she said was the google success kit customer service...i called the number...it turned out to be the "cancellation" department for the google success kit...and they (the success kit cancellation dept.) did not have the number to the "ordering/purchasing" department.
MY GOD, if this is how google is doing business...or, if they are not keeping a closer eye on the people they are allowing to market their name...there is going to be a HUGE Class Action Lawsuit headed their way.
So, the customer service gal at google success kit cancellation department gave me a website to go to, it is:

I haven't been to the web site yet so I have no idea what I'll find there but I felt it important to tell others what happened to me when I tried this service. Hope this helps others.

fraud charge
So I check my credit card which has this company that I have no club that I signed up from. I search online and found out the information that they are fraud. I got the number and phoned back. I was nicely ask his name and then I started asking which website that I sign up for. He said www.earncashfastwithgoogle.com, I took a look, and I have no clue that I actually signed up for that one. I am working online and I do sign up some websites but I have all the tracks for that. Then he asked me, so what are the websites that you sign up. I am like, how can you ask me, you are supposed to know your own company. Then I started getting mad at him, I think I should ask his last name at the first place. At the end, I really scare him said that if you try to fucking charge me one more penny, I will go hunt you and kill you. I think they really know they are fraud so they can't really say anything. I think I should really report to some FBI or something. The funny thing is they said they are fraud protection.
I suggest any of you want to get your money back, try this way. When you first call, you have to be extremely nice and ask the staff's first and last name. Then, after they verify the account ( I really don't know how they get the information ). You should ask them which website you sign up for, and if you don't sign up for the website, start argue with them. Then you can get mad at the person if he refuses to refund the money. You can say to scar him by I know your first and last name, I will report to the police. I think this way, they will get scared easily. I will try to phone again later. But I think they really know they are in trouble so they usually don't give out their last name.

I didn't even sign up and charge me monthly
I got charged my google success kit on my master card, but I didn't even sign up for. And I have no clue about their website. Plus, I didn't get any products.

un-authorised transactions!
I have just relised I have been scammed by this company 'Goggle success kit" I never authorised any other transaction besides $1, they have taken out around $200 from my account.
Refund my money immediatly!!! I never gave you my consent.
I dont know how you or any one could live with them selves for stealing off innocent people!!!
You should be ashamed of your self. All i will say is KARMA!!! what goes aroung comes around!

SCAMMED & RIPPED OFF
PLEASE HELP...
I have been scammed out of $150+.. for a product I haven't even received, let alone activated!
I agreed to the $1 for the GOOGLE SUCCESS KIT- but $149+ later, I still have nothing but a debt..
I have called the cancellation hotlines I have on my Credit Card statement, and I can't even talk to a real person - it hangs up before I even hear a voice or recording...
I'm sure I'm not the only one out there to come across this problem. If anyone else has any advice to help me get out of this mess, please help me. I'm not succeeding in making any money - but GOOGLE is SUCCEEDING in ripping us off!!!

To whom it may concern,
I'm writing this to those people who are trying to earn money for doing nothing but steeling other people money, this is rip off you guys have no sense of humor, i work so hard to earn money to live, but you just siting somewhere and stealing people money. hope you learn a lesson from all this complain and by the way there is not even a contact number or either email address that i could have contacted you.
I would appreciate it, if anyone has any tel number or email from these rubbers leave me a msg or email on [email protected], please.

Unautherized charges
Unautherized transactions were processed with my credit card number. I checked out the 1 dollar deal, received no merchandise, and was charged 39.95 about a week later. I would like a full Refund, and no other unautherized charges to be brought onto my credit card.

Never recieved get started now kit
after paying the fee for the start up kit it was never recieved. There for I would like to cancel my subscription. This is only the next day and I did how ever read your disclamers in the small print. and I know about the fee's but also it states you have like 4 days to a week to cancel to avoid being charged. I really hope that my subcription is cancelled and taken care of before any unauthorized transactions take place. Thank You!

payment are being taken from my credit card without authorisation and I have received nothing from them
I signed up for a trial version of the success kit for $1.00 and now Google Success kit keep debiting my credit card $48 per month plus $7 for fraud protection. When I look on the web site to complain and cancel this there is no provision to do it.
