I was assured by Google Success that my account would be debited $1.00 for information but my account was debited $59.33, without my authorization, can you please let me know what can be done about this?

I "supposedly" for this google success kit. I NEVER signed up for anything like this! Whoever signed me up for this did a very good job though. They had my card number, name, and address. They didn't have my email or phone number though. I was being charged $39.95 and $7.95 every month since January and $2.95 once in January. It was for 3 totally different things, google ads, grants and something else. They said that since they didn't hear from me, I also was not charged a $9.95 fee for some schedule thing. It shows up on my bank statement as a few different things, so I looked up my grant site and it brought me to this website. In one of the posts under my grant site on here, someone posted a phone number and said it worked for them. They got it cancelled and refunded. So I called (877) 495-1145. I explained what was going on and was at first told they would only refund the past month. I said no way and talked to a manager who refunded it all the way back since there were things that didn't match. I just called so it hasn't been refunded yet, but it better be. I already had called my bank and they were drawing up papers to take action against them, so if I don't get my refund, you best bet that's what I will be doing! Try the number above and see if it will work for you...this may be a different one than the one you signed up for, but it's worth checking if you can get your money back!

I only authorised the $1 trial kit not the other $39.95 or $6.95 that I have also been charged. I have not recieved anything, I have had to pay conversion costs to NZ and I am wondering how many more charges they are going to make to my credit card!!! I would like the total costs refunded including the original $1 fee that I never recieved product for.

I gave my credit card details for postage of this "kit"...I thought it was de google company dat was endorsing this product...I never received anything google and have no way of contacting them and every month they are charging my credit card account...

I fell for the same crap. Authorized $1.00 for a success kit that I never received and noticed I have 2 new un authorized charges on my credit card. My suggestion for all that have been scammed...phone your bank immediately and get a new card or account ( whichever applies) you will also file a dispute through the bank and they will get your money back. This way these scammers will try again next month to remove money and will have no luck as all of your information will be changed!
