Apparently I signed up for the Google Success Kit which I don't remember doing for which I had a charge of £2.16 and being a small amount I never noticed on last months card statement, but today I got my current statement and noticed a payment of £44.38 that I knew nothing about, I contacted my card company and I was led to believe that this was going to be partly refunded, (about half of it), it was then noticed a 2nd payment had been taken just a few days ago which I would not have seen untill next month, I was put through directly to Google (or whoever was dealing with it), they then informed me that the part refund was against the latest payment, I argued that it was for the 1st but they would not have any of it, and flatly refused any refund against that as it was more than 30 days. It stinks, I can't even afford to keep calling the US to try and get it sorted out as previous complainers seem to have been able to do, Success the only one in this that is making a Success out of everyone is Google.
If so far you have managed not to be drawn in by then your lucky but BEWARE.

On 1 March was charged for postage for a kit won in competition at Google Success kit $1.00 US since then there has been other unauthorised charges as follows.

15 March $6.95 US Fraud protection.
22 March $39.95 US Google success kit.
22 March $$9.95 US Identity security.

the kit that was won? on March 1 has not been received, this was the onlt authorised payment.
The other payements were not known until I received my latest Visa statement. I have since cancelled my card. This is the first time I have been had in some 15 years of using Visa to obtain goods.

I signed up for a kit that was to be sent to my home and never showed up. It was a work from home success kit by Google. They said on the website that I only had to pay $1 and it would be shipped. I did not authorize the $29.95 they charged 10 days later. How do I get my $ back, the product did not even arrive!!! How frustrating when Google is such a good name?

Looked into offer - paid US$1.00 and ended up with a subsequent and unauthorised deduction on the 9th of this month. Not acceptable.
