Scam
Google Treasure Chest, unethical ways of conducting business. Charges account for free trial membership of coaching and sales help and never provides information. Charged my account before expiration date of trial period.

Scam
I ordered a disk for $3.88 and have since been charged for two consecutive months for $72.81 by Google Treasure Chest. When I called to complain, they said I could not have my money refunded, even though I never broke the tape sealing the disk. And of course because they already had my credit card account, it was automatically withdrawn. I have been in touch with my credit card fraud dept and they suggested destroying my current which I have had since 2002 and they are sending me a new one.
See above.
If it comes to a Class Action Suit, I want to be included!!!

Fraud
GoogleTreasureChest tried to charge my card for $72.21 illegally. I called the # and got voicemail but I really let them have it. Besides the fact, I'm trying to make money, not lose it!, that was a UI Debit card they tried to steal from so this may be federal charges, I hope. I thank God that He laid it on my heart to check the charges, otherwise, they would have gotten the money but because we caught it in time, they were able to close my account and reissue me a another card. I am sooooo mad at them. The address on the cd is Google Treasure Chest, 837 E. 9400 S. Ste. 233, Sandy, UT 84094 Phone: 866-951-1406/M-F 9am-5pm, [email protected] The rep from my card gave me this # from the original 1.97 charge that was authorized 866-956-0020 and someone from the fake company had called me from 661-295-9429 a couple times to see if I had a chance to look at the cd, which I hadn't at the time. I'm going to give this info to the local tv stations so they will help get the word out. I've never been scammed like this before and I thought since Google was involved, it was legitimate. Boy, was I wrong. I will investigate further before I ever buy anything from the internet again! |

Unauthorized charges
I looked at my online banking this morning and noticed that $72.10 was taken out without any knowledge that I would be paying or owed them ANYTHING. When I called them they said that I got a CD from them for $1.97 and I have to pay monthly $72.20 for a website that I never been on. I asked them if they can see if was ever on there so called site and they don't have access to that. They told me i would have to pay out of my pocket to mail there CD back with a letter. Now my account is in the negative and my card is canceled all thanks to Google Chest!

I recently sent of for a work from home kit from google treasures.com, for £1.36 over a month ago. I never received the pack in the post. Googletreasures.com and since charged me another amount for £50.55 on to my credit card. I have been unable to contact them by telephone but have since monday sent them an email every day, with no response back. I am a a loss what to do next!

Fraudulent charges
After checking my online account I noticed that "Google Chest" an unknown internet service had charge $72.21 to my account. I have never heard of this "Google Chest" before. After a little research I found that I was not the only victim trapped in this internet scam. Google chest alson post a complaint department on- line where there is more than 600 simliar complaints, with a $72.21 deducted from other account. I would almost put my most valuable posession on it that those complaint that are reported to this pirate company never get reported to the proper authorities. I discussed this fraudulent use immediately to my bank and they said that there was not much that they can do. This really discourage my confidence in the internet and other financial organization (Banks) that allow consumers like myself to conduct their business online. If pirate companies like "Google Chest" can obtain my account number from a financial institution there is no limit to what else they can do.
