My Name Is Rebecca Malone, I tried to sign up and my card said it was denied therefore i didnt realize anything was getting charged untill on friday05/29/2009 when i got my bank statement i have never recieved any thing Im also on dissability because i have HIV i would not agree to sign up to this and 72.79 was took from my account i would like my money back but i dont know what to do. I need any kind of help that you can offer me im not a business like i said i am sick and dont have time to do anything like that if you could please help me in any way you can. I ordered Google tree for $3.88, then 2 days later a withdrawl from my account for $72.21 for something named Google Treasure. I have alerted my bank, Wells Fargo of this fraudulent action. I expect repayment pronto!

I was also charged this darned $72.21 for services not rendered. I got the phone number from my bank 1-888-705-1275. Called them to cancel, the guy was rude, said I couldnt have been charged if I didnt authorize it. I said, I know how this stuff works, you give a small number then just take the big number out later. He says tis company has a no refund policy. So even if you receive NO SERVICES for your money, you wont get it back anyway because you get access to a website. I thought thats what I paid my cable company for!!!
