I was not reading some alleged fine print when out of courosity I order a CD for Google Treasure Chestfor 3.97.
almost 7-8 days mind you the CD arrives.
I had found numerous compliants and lawsuits regarding the illegal and deceiving advertising related to this.
I never opened the CD.
On 5/19, I find a charge to my CC for 72.41...and call the number. I was informed it would be removed.
Today on 5/27, I find another charge, same amount of billed 5/25. I call again.
The "person" on the other end tells me I have to write the "corporate office for the refund because it is past the 7 days.
He gives me the address...I ask for the phone number...its the one I have dialed...of course there is no supervisor available to speak with...I could tell it was one of those telemarketers sweeat rooms cause I could hear least 20 voices in the background.
And also I find a charge from the Phillipines for some type of grant search for 24.X?, and a fee of $2.17 for "international billing"
In search of the Web site Google treasurer chest...here I am...

I'll find the number for the attorneys of the others that sued. I will also find every internet site I can post a complaint, along with the BBB.
To the AXXX, that made this scam up...remeber "God don't like ugly" becareful of mirrors...
