Phil Lake email address [email protected]. For the last 3 months there has been a 72.21 charge against my checking account. This started happening after I applied for Netflix and gave them my account info.

I went on line to check out on line work at home details and came across google money tre. I went to there site and signed up fo it and it said they would take out $1.98 for the C D they were going to send me on how to make money. I di this the first week of February, they told me it would take 7 to 10 days to get it. I never recieved it, so I called them and told them I wanted to cancell. The woman I talked with, said she would cancell it. I got on line today to check my bank account information, and low and behold, google took $72.21 out of my account. I called them and they told me that unfortunately since they allready took it out, they can't refund my money and that I can cancell. I told them that I allready did and they claim I didn't and proceeded to give me a hard time. I told them i was going to call the better business bureau and they told me I am sorry.. I hung up, I am mad and I want something to be done with them. i am on a fixed income and I need to pay my bills and I refuse to pay for something that I never recieved. can you oleaser help me?

I too have received unauthorized charges to my credit card by Google Tree 3 and in the same amount noted by others, $72.21. I'm curious...what credit card company do those of you with the same complaint utilize?

I had no idea I bought anything. They took money from my gift card without my knowing. I never received anything. They took an initial debit of 3.88
followed by $ 72.21. They tried to charge again a month later but there wasn't emough money on my card and it was declined.

i have several charges on my mastercard and i have no idea what they are. how can i stop these charges?
