Unauthorized Charges
If you make the mistake of ordering their CD, GOOGLE TREE will begin a monthly charge of $72.21 on whatever account you agreed to pay for their CD with. It will not stop until you cancel your credit card, etc.

Fraudulent Charges
Google tree 4 says i signed up for their service and I paid them the shipping charge but never recieved any kit of any kind and then today tuesday march 17 2009 i get another charge on my card on my card that has no explanation so i go to my bank and ask them about the charge they inform me that since it is a debit card they cannot refund the money so I canceled my card so no other charges can be taken out and I called google tree 4 and ask why I was charged for something I did not authorize and I was informed that I authorized the recurring charge by asking for the kit I never saw the kit or the terms of use that said I was suppose to pay for more than I recieved I talked to a girl named Chrystal who said that no refund could be issued since I did not cancel the service When I went back thru my emails I could not find the one that pertained to this transaction so I swore out an affidavit and put the amount in dispute so that mabe someone will benefit from my mistake their phone number is 888-760-6767 and they are based out of Nevada

Charged my Card
I looked online at my bank account and a company called Google Tree 4 charged my credit card $72.21 for something I never agreed to. I want my damn money back. I don't know how they got my card number, but I'm sure going to try and find out. How dare them !

Scam & Fraudulant Charges
Saw an ad for Google Money Tree, figured it was affiliated with Google and had to be reputable. Sent for a Work At Home Kit for $3.88 (which is all I authorized), was charged $3.88 on 1/6/09, then 7 days later I was charged $72.21. This was apperantly a monthly membership fee - I was not aware of any membership fee, and no where on their site did it say anything regarding this ridiculous charge. I would have NEVER authorized that. Called the company, they canceled my membership, but refused to refund my $72.21. Never received any kit in the mail either. This is one of the biggest scams I have ever seen. I have reported them to the better business bureau in Nevada as well.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charge
I visited a fake or scam website pretending to be a bricks & mortar book store in Raleigh, NC 0n 1-7-09. I entered my credit card information, became suspicious & didn't submit the order. But it was too late. I contacted the book store the next day & was told that they did not have an internet web site. I tried to go back to the web site the same day but it was gone with no trace that it had ever existed.
Then on 1-12-09 a fraudulent charge of $3.88 appeared on my credit card online statement. I immediately notified the fraud department, canceled the card & had a new one issued. I am able to view my card statements online with a 24 hour delay from the time the charge appears on the card. I watch my transactions online vigilantly.
No company information was given on my card statement other than: Google Tree 4, NV, 888-760-6767. I called the company & the automated system hung up on me.

Fraudulent charges
I received a fraudulent charge on my cc on 12/26/2008 for $3.88 as well. My credit card company closed the account right away because of additional fraudulent charges. The charge on my card shows up as GOOGLE TREE 4 with the phone number: 888-7606767 and state: NV. I called the number today and they are only open 8-5 mountain standard time.

I'm also one of those effected by Google tree 4. i was charged $3.88 on 12/25/2008 and $72.21 on 01/06/2009. can't we do anything?

Unauthorized credit card charges from Google Tree 4 as follows: 3.88 on 11/24/08, 72.21 on 12/01/08 and 72.21 on 01/02/09. Google Tree 4 phone # 888-760-6767 "Schools and Educational Services-not elsewhere classified" Have not spoken with anyone at Google Tree 4 as of 01/03/09

requested cd for 3.88, for money making opportunities, then a week later a charge of 72.21 appeared on my debit charge, have no phone number or anything to call. I will howeever keep pursuing this and call better business bureau and google.

unauthorized charges
I ordered a money making kit at a cost of $3.88. I received a disk which I cannot download and no kit. When I received my credit card statement the $3.88 was on there and an unauthorized charge of $72.21------which I now understand is a monthly fee of which I was not aware. I sent a check for the $3.88, but do not intend to pay the additional fee of $72.21. I have notified my credit card co. of this and am being sent a dispute form.
