They shipped a CD for $3.88 and another CD for $72.21. I cancelled & sent back within ten days. Called a month later - no refund, but said it would be posted "soon." (Verified that returned items were received.)Called the next month, said they'd put a manual entry through - call back in a week. Now number 888-760-6767 says they no longer service these butt-holes, and gave new number of 888-256-1248. Called there, and they can't find me on their system. A $76 "lesson."

Sign up for a for free Kit and would be charged $3.88 for shipping. Then when it came the kit was a DVD that would not operate on my computer. It was for Windows Media Player and won't run on my iMac OSX system. Then a moth later I receive a charge on my credit card bill for $72.21 and the a second charge for the same amount. After reading several other complaints about this company's practices I realized that I have been had. They won't do anything for me, yet!
