Unauthorized Charge
This company made an unauthorized charge on my company debit card (I don't even know how they got the CC number).
I have never heard of the company, and have never ordered anything from them. Looks like a total fraud.

Fraud
I just wanted to let you all know that because of your complaints you have helped to prevent yet another victim of this scam. I too was suckered in by the seemingly legitimate business name. I did actually receive a cd but wasn't aware I was "subscribing" to anything. I did manage to call them within 7 days to cancel it and will be cancelling my debit card as well and getting a new one. I just wanted to send a huge thank you to all of you who submitted complaints. I'm only sorry that you weren't able to stop them in time as well.

Fraud
I too was mislead. thought I would make money on a CD that was going to cost $3.88. I was then billed $72.12 after 7 days of requesting CD. I called and cancelled my subscription. They said they would give me a RGA#, and a cancellation #, I did get the cancellation # but no RGA #. I ordered this CD on 3-12-09. as of Today, 4-9-09, I still haven't received CD. so I guess my 30 day money back guarantee is null and void, as you have to have it back to them with delivery confirmation by the 30th day.

Internet Fraud
Google Tree charges stealth fees for an advertised Google kit $1.95. This company has nothing to do with "Google" and scams people out of $72.21 monthly. If you have been scammed, call the customer service number 888-657-8585 and close any account they have on you. Make a fraud complaint with the credit card company you use after the purchase goes through and call the US Attorney General's Office to make a complaint.

I called the number for the company that is on my credit card statement I could not get any satisfaction from Natalie ID # 12086 I request to speak to a supervisor and she refused stating that that was her policy and the supervisor was going to saw the same thing she was going to saw. This company is a fraud.

Fraud
I believe that Google Tree may have been apart of the WORM scam for April 1st. Also, some other various so called business establishments. My husband and I believe that the banks would have been an easy target for that day. I didn't even sign up for Google Tree and some how I got charge $3.88 and then another charge for $2.17. When I called, I told them I was a victim of fraud and asked if they would refund my money. They told me I had to report this to the authorities and get a case # before they would refund my money. There excuse was that they wanted to make sure I wasn't pulling a fraud action because they didn't believe me for telling them who I was. I was so pist. You bet I'm going to get the authorities involved.
Make sure everyone checks there bank accounts for unrecognized debit charges.

rip off
I had the same rip off with a CD for $3.88 that never came, and a mysterious charge for $72.21 on my bank account. I immediately called and got a run around. Now I am concerned they will continue
the bogus charges. Do we have any recourse with this company?

FRAUD
NOT ONLY IS THIS A FRAUD BUT IT IS A CONTINUING FRAUD. IF YOU ARE UNLUCKY ENOUGH TO FALL FOR IT ONCE DON'T FORGET TO PUT A STOP PAYMENT BEFORE THEY CAN GET ANOTHER $72.21.
