Unauthoized debits
This is the second month in a row you people have debited my account for $72.21 and I have no idea why. I want it stopped now! I never authorized any payments to you poeple for anything, and have no idea what it would even be for.

I recently found the google tree link and thought that it would be a good way to make some extra income, seen as how i am pregnant, and not working due to being so sick all the time. On Febuary 23, 2009 there was a unautherized debit withdrawl from my account for a total of $93.43 taken from my account. I have not recieved any introduction package in the mail as promised, or a email as I was told I would recieve... I am not very impressed with this seen as how i do not have a large amount of money to be "throwing around". If anyone has any information on how i can have this taken care of, please let me know.

$3.88 For shipping, that all to receive a CD to learn how to make money from home. $72.21 later it seems that is how this guy makes money from home. If you gave these people a credit card number, cancel it NOW!!!
Customer service number is a joke...it is some sort of call center where the people are trained to tell you that when you placed an order and accepted the " Terms" you also agreed to a 7 day trial membership to their member website, after 7 days you would be charged $72.21 for the membership. The catch is that you don't receive the CD for 8-10 days. Call center agents will not transfer you to a supervisor because they will not take customer calls. These people need to be stopped...They rip people off who are trying to get ahead by making a little Honest income...

used my credit card with out my knowledge
My credit card was empty when I tried to use it it had all these unauthorized transaction on it. with phone numbers that were false becase I tried to contact them and was told they were not that company.I have 4 transations that only say payment pending. one with a www email from London these were all done over the computer. there were only4 of the transaction that said Google tree.

For the past several months we noticed a charge against our checking account monthly. It comes from Google Tree. We never suscribed! Having trouble getting funds back, and stopping charges.

unathorized charges
I wish I had seen all these complaints before I tried Google Tree. Same song next verse. I wanted the "free" information, agreed to pay $3.88. I never received the email or the package then I got hit with over $72.00. They won't refund it. We need someone to help us take action. This isn't a fluke, this is a SCAM. It should be illegal.

These guys are a SCAM!!! I called the same number twice and got different answers. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they do not take any calls. They told me everthing was in the terms and agreement I checked when ordered off the internet. It was suppose to be a seven day trial. I ordered on 2/4/2009 and on 2/12/2009 a gentlemen from Google called. He said I would get a email in a few hours (never got). He then proceded to tell me all I would have to do once I seen any charges was to call in and cancel. How can I cancel or anything within seven days when I was not even contacted till the 8th day and charges not on my account untill 2/14/2009??? Pretty good scam. I am turning them into the better business bureau and I would advise anyone else that has been taken to do the same.

I dont know how many other have been through this same process. I contacted google tree to get a refund for my charge of $72.90 and the representative did not want to. I asked the rep to speak w/ a supervisor rep states to me that the supervisors dont take call. I then asked the rep the name a number o supervisor he states company policy days he cant give that info. ask rep the name of their company he could not name the company. I had to open a dispute w/ my bank to see if they could reverse these charges. I let them know it did not say anything about that type of charge at the website. The rep also told me that I had access to some members only list and i should have received username and password in my email address. guest what checked my email there was nothing there. Did an one even get that package they paid $3.88 for?

Scam
I ordered a Video Professor CD. When I got it I checked my online bank statement, I was also charged $3.88 for something (not listed) from Google Tree on the same date. I recognized the name Google and assumed it was some charge from them. That was on 2-2-09. This morning I got curious and did a search of Google Tree. Too late!! This morning before the banks were even open, Google Tree charged my account with an additional $72.21. I was at the bank at 9am when the doors opened and filed a claim. They canceled my card and I have to wait 10 to 14 days for a new one. Something has to be done about these people.
