Can anyone help us???There are so many of us who have been ripped off by this scam. Yes, i ordered the cd. and never recieved it or any email. then was charged 72.21 from my checking account. I am a single mom, and all i can do is cry. what can i do? i guess i will go to my bank and fill out a fraudelent charge paper. but will i get my money back. Help!! [email protected]

They charged me and havnt gotten package. would like to cancel membership

I unsubmitted before trial date was up, so I really don't understand why Google withdrew any money from my account. This not legal and it looks like a CLASS ACTION law suit.

We had a charge appear in our checking account for 3.88 from Google Tree 4 which we didn't notice. A week later on the 20th we had another charge from Google Tree 6 for $72 and some change. We contacted the bank and found out it was my husbands ATM card.

I do not know how these charges ended up on our account, but beware. Let me assure you, if it doesn't have to do with tractors and trucks he isn't reading it much less get rich quick schemes.

On 01/09/2009 I ordered google tree free CD with $3.88 for S/H
To date I have not recieved the CD. On 01/16/2009 $72.21 was
debited from my account by google treasure, I guess another name for
Google Tree. Called my bank to let them know I did not authorize this
this charge. They could could not reverse it, google would have to
give them permission to do so.
So we went on a 3-way call with google tree, my bank cs rep had to
tell their CS Rep how rude she was, anyhow she would not reverse
the charge. So I cancel ed at 10.30.am on 01/16/2009. The way I see it...
01/09/2009 at 5:41 pm 7 days should take me to 01/16/2009 at 5:41p. Hell no, their day is the day, not 24hr day. I was told that if I
had ordered at 11:59:59 on the 9th, the 9th would still count as the
first day. Well my next question was, what is the $72.21 for.
Well that is your monthly fee. OK since I canceled on the first day
how are you going to prorate the charges. I was told there is no
proration because I still have access to the site for 30 days.
Now that is the kicker, access to do what, I still have gotten the CD
