Unauthorized Charge
LOOK OUT they are using a different name!!! I have researched these people now that they took my money. I have found them under Google Tree, Google Tree 3, and Google Tree 4. They charged me using Google Tree 6. Her name is Nicole and the phone number is 888-760-6767. I admit I did sign up for their product, it was supposed to be a kit. I NEVER received a kit to even try for seven days. It would be different if they had sent me a kit. They are stealing our money. They do not send you a kit and they can not even be reached by email. When I asked her on the phone to talk to her supervisor she stated that there was not anyone there I could talk to. These people are commiting theft, if it were me I would be in jail. What can be done? Who will stop these people? If they got you look out, you need to cancel your credit card or close your account because they plan to charge you THREE monthly installments of $72.21!!!

unauthorized transaction
Looking back on my web pages that i have saved on my computer. I guess, I had Google Tree send me a CD that I guess tells you about doing surveys online and getting paid for. I just got the CD last week. Number 1 the CD does not even work on my computer. Number 2, I went to buy something today, at a store and my card was declined. I thought, well thats impossible. So we ran my card through again. Same thing. So I then immediately went to my back. They looked in to my transactions, and I guess my bank put an alert on my account for $72.21 that was charged in Nevada. They thought it seemed weird, so thats why. They just had my old phone number, so thats why they could not get ahold of me. So my bank showed that $72.21 was with-drawled from my account on 1/4/09. So, I didn't have my Cd yet at that date, and I never agreed to pay that amount. So my debit card has been trashed. They are sending me a new one with a new number. When I called the Google Tree customer service, I had told the lady that I never agreed to pay that and I wanted a refund. She said that she could not, because the payment already went through. So now my bank is disputing it. The Google Tree lady gave me a conformation number to say that I decline all transactions, But she said that she can not email, or even mail me a letter.

Fraud
I ordered the Google Tree for a supposed $3.88 for shipping and handling and a few days later was charged unknowingly and fraudulently 72.21. When I called the Google Tree number they told me that I agreed to the terms and was sent an email stating them, I never received an email and haven't even received the CD to date. I had to go to the bank and fill out a dispute claim, which I encourage anyone scammed by Google Tree to do, and had to close my bank account. FRAUD!

Fraud
Geez, I wish I'd seen this BEFORE I siged up with Google Tree. I feel so stupid because I never do stuff like this! So far they've gotten me for the $3.88 postage and one charge of $72.21. I filed a fraudulent charge with my bank, but who knows what will happen.

Beware the gift horse! There are lots of awful, greedy, scummy people out there.

scam
I recently decided to make some extra money on the side and I decided to go with Google Tree as it "SEEMED" like a reliable site.. After reading all the circumstances and fine print I decided it would be a good idea to try it.. After all it ONLY was SUPPOSED to cost me the shipping and handling charges of $3.88... yeah right!!! THINK AGAIN!!! This morning 01/05/09 I decided to check my bank account and found an UNauthorized FRADULENT charge of $72.21 by Google Tree. I immediately called them and began to complain, the woman on the other line stated that there was nothing she could do about a refund BECAUSE I was sent an e-mail and it clearly stated there the terms and stipulations. FUNNY THING... I NEVER RECIEVED AN E-MAIL!! So after talking to those @#$%&* I decided to call the bank and open a dispute to stop any future charges from them and open an investigation to obtain my reimbursement. I even had to cancel my checking card to avoid future charges.

DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO TRY GOOGLE TREE!

Pass the word around!!!

Unauthorized charges
Along with many others, I have been charged for "Education" on my Discover Card $72.21 in addition to a charge of $3, 88

There should be a class action suit brought against this group.

unauthorized debit of $72.21
Fraud unauthorized debit. I was charged $72.21 out of nowhere. I found out that I was not the only one nation wide. I tried calling them several times but said it was non refundable. Basically they screw you up.

fraud!
I recently decided since I am a stay at home wife to make some more money. I decided to go with Google Tree as it "SEEMED" like a reliable site.. After reading all the circumstances and fine print I decided it would be a good idea to try it.. After all it ONLY was SUPPOSED to cost me the shipping and handling charges of $3.88... WRONG. This morning 12/30/08 I decided to check the bank account and saw an UNauthorized FRADULENT charge of $72.21 by Google Tree. I immidiatley called them and began to complain, the man on the other line stated that there was nothing he could do about a refund BECAUSE I was sent an e-mail and it clearly stated there the terms and stipulations. FUNNY THING... I NEVER RECIEVED AN E-MAIL!! So after talking to those nit-wits I decided to call the bank and put a stop on the money, the bank told me there is nothing I could do yet, because it was still a hold and had not been processed.. [meaning that google tree hadn't recieved the money] but once the money went through the account to call them bank and they would go after Google Tree for fraud.. The nice woman I talked to said that it sounded like I had a legitimate case, and although not a 100% sure it sounded as though the odds of getting my money back was GREAT. MORALE OF THE STORY..
