never received product, charger multiple times, impossible to contact them. what a joke they are.

Ok, i just noticed after doing some shopping online, i was charged by GOOGLE TREE 3 74.21, COLUMBIA HOUSE, 3.88 AND SKYMALL 51.70.

HAS ANYONE HAD ANY SUCCESS WITH THIS ISSUE?

I CALLED MY BANK AND THEY TOLD ME TO CALL THE MERCHANTS AND OF COURSE I WAS UNABLE TO GET ANYONE AS ITS SAT NIGHT. I DID HOWEVER SPEAK WITH SKYMALL AND THEY ARE "INVESTIGATING" AND WOULD REIMBURSE...???

WHAT IS THIS GOOGLETREE CRAP? I NOTICE ALOT OF COMPLAINTS...WHY ISNT THE GOVERNMENT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THIS!!!

I originally signed up for the 7 day trial, I was immediately debited for $ 72.71 I sent an e-mail inquiring why this was done. I received no response what do ever and was debited a second time

On 11/25, I signed up online for a $3.88 for a kit to work on the Internet. I never received the kit, but I was billed $75.00 on 12/01. I called to cancel, but they said they could not do anything about the charge. I told them that I was still within my 7 day trial even though I had not received the kit, but I was told that didn't make any difference and they would do nothing about removing the charge. I understand that I am not alone in this scam. I am a 79 year old widow on a fixed income. I am also permanently paralyzed. I have good computer skills and thought this might be a way to suppliment my small income. I certainly do not need to have some billionaire take what little I have. What are my rights?
