canceled account and they are still taking money out of my account.

I only want to order the CD to learn about the business they are talking about but until now I haven't open the CD cause I became so busy but with my surprised they took out money from my bank acct, I thought its only the price of the CD so I complained already, I'm not ready to make this business cause I haven't seen the inside of the CD, I sent email to the addressee to stop getting money from my acct. someone responded but with my amazed when I received my bank statement this month they took out again $39.95 from my acct. How can I refund those money that they took from my bank since I haven't done or start any kind of business from them. I would like to reveal the name of the customer service and the man who spoke to me over the phone but I wish them to refund my money and stop fooling people who are trying to find extra income pity are those who misunderstood them because of their good sales talk over the phone.
