refund
I sent there product back to get my refund back.They said they sent back to my bank on 4, 1.09 but I have never got it back.they said to check with my and they said they have not recive it.

unclear terms of charges & trial
I received an e-mail ad from GooglePro for online business, I opened it and read it. Other pages where opened in the process and I didn't want to invest in it so I closed the pages. I did click on the trial option, first page. I scanned the terms and agreement and THOUGHT I had caught all the glitches that always happen. Somehow the term of a 7 DAY trial period escaped me. 7 DAYS!!! How can you review something that takes 5-6 days to receive?
I contacted them and the man was very unsympathetic to the point of being harsh. Come to find out the call that they had also placed to me, which I did not agree to was a breach of their own policy! They charged me $72 TWICE!
They did agree to refund one charge of $72 but would not even listen to my plea for a full refund!
BEWARE GOOGLEPRO!!!

paid for googlepro, money was debited of my card never received product tried calling line either busy or to many calls to talk to anyone
