INTERNET USERS BEWARE!!!
I have had charges of $69.90 on my checking account for the past several months, sometimes both at the beginning and the end of the month!!! I don't even know what this is about and have never received anything from this company, either by mail or email. I called them again today and the customer service person told me that she could not find any account with my name or phone number so I do not have an account and she can not do anything about it. WHOA NELLIE!!! I asked her a ton of questions like how am I being charged repeatedly and you don't have me listed? She said again, that I don't have an account with them. We went back and forth a while and I asked to speak to a supervisor, she first told me that she could not connect me with a supervisor without first bringing up the account and that I do not have one. Again, we went back and forth and she finally told me that the supervisor was helping another customer right now. I told her I would wait and this did not make her happy but she finally said to wait. At that point I figured that I would be mysteriously disconnected, but I waited. A supervisor came on and basically told me the same thing. I ask him what the name of the company was and he told me it was Profit Studio Learning, that sounds fitting as they are the ones making the profits and we are the ones that are learning!!! I asked to be connected with his supervisor and he informed me that their was no one over him, that at the end of the shift, he reported to his supervisor but that they were not in house during the shifts... I found that a little hard to believe and I told him so. So the next question for him was, Where are you or your company located?, He said the corporate offices were in, none other than, Las Vegas, Nevada!!! The gambling capital of the world!!! It is us, the consumer that is doing the gambling!!! He could not give me an address or phone number for the corporate offices.

Get this, one of his suggestions was for me to hang up and call the same number I called to reach him and he was sure I would be connected to the right department. I informed him that I used to work for a company quite like the one he was working for and that I knew that they handled tons of different company product lines and that all of these phone numbers went into a central phone room or many rooms and that each operator could take care of any of the many products. That floored him a little bit. I told him that I knew if I called back again that I would be calling the same call center and would just be starting all over again with a level one operator. He was a bit flustered.

By the end of the call, approximately 40 minutes long, he said there was nothing else that he could do for me. I informed him that if their really was nothing he could do for me and he could not connect me with or give me a phone number of someone who could that it would be them who would be losing money, that I would be contacting my attorney and suing them. Or he could figure out a way to refund the money that has been taken out of my account, especially since I do not have an account with them. He said their was nothing they could do and I said goodbye.

One thing I did find out is that this is a GOOGLE Company!!! So now I am calling my bank, then I will be digging up some info on Google and I will be contacting them.
This kind of practice is totally a bunch of garbage!!!

BEWARE OF ANYTHING CONNECTED WITH GOOGLE AND THEIR MANY ATTACHED COMPANIES!!! THEY ARE RIPPING OFF TONS OF PEOPLE!!!
