I was charged by Google Chest 72.21 then 2 weeks later was again charged the same amount by Search Chest. Then...7 days apart was charged 38.84 by someone Called Safelock ID.

Well, before these charges were made, I had emailed the company "offering" the google money maker CD for 1.98. Which never came. I called my bank to dispute the charges and things weren't going well until I remembered that I had sent them a threatening letter and still had their reply stating that my account would not be charged and included a confirmation number. That changed things around. My bank said that the dispute is being forwarded to a case worker and that my money would be credited within 24 hours. Sounds like i got luckier than most.
