When I signed up for the GOOGLESUCCESSKIT, everything I read said it was a one time charge of $1.00. I now have a charge for $29.95 charged to me from the account that I used to get the kit. I am very upset that this additional unknown charge has caused my bank to go in the red, since I was not expecting another charge from you. If this is a monthly charge that I will have to pay, CANCEL my membership with your company. When I receive the "KIT" I going to send you back because I want my money back in my bank.

I have just found that over the last two months I have been getting charged for 3 things that I have never received. The first is googlesuccesskit - which I did order for $1 but never got - the second is something called fraud protection and lastly something called identity security.

Has anybody else got the same three things on their C Cds, and have they managed to stop it?

I have payed your package which i did not receive and i am still been charge. i would like my money : $1 US was deducted on the 20/1/09 & $29.95 us was deducted on the 31/1/09. I would like my money please and thanks!

I had the same problems as many with "Googlesuccesskit" - I ordered early January 2009- and never got my kit - could find no website for them - and they took $1 on 13/01/09, then $4.95 for "fraud protection" which I did not authorise. So thanks to other complainants, I contacted "quickcashsupport.com" on 29/01/09, and went onto their helpdesk - I enqired about googlesuccesskit, and told them I did not want this, how do I cancel? - they said I could cancel on that site, gave them my name, e-mail addy, postcode, and they cancelled it, and said I would have no further charges. AT LAST! So all is not lost, I will go to my bank tomorrow with a copy of this transaction, and should be charged no more. I also reported this to my bank's fraud dept., by phone, and they said they will see if they can get my money back, but said I had to contact the googlesuccesskit company to cancel this. I have done this, and will give my bank the copy of their communication, (by live chat), so hope to hear no more from these scammers. See Ya, Steve.
