unwanted charges
The kit was supposed to cost $1. I was charged $29.95 and have yet to recieve the kit. I want all charges stopped and my money returned.

have not received any kit /STOP TAKING CHARGES of 11.95
I only signed up for the introductory $1.00 offer which I have not received. Please stop taking 11.95 from my credit card and refund all funds deducted. Are'nt you ashame of yourself?

unauthorized charges
I was charged $11.95 for something that I have not subscribed for. I want these charges taken off of my account and this account to be cancelled. They better not show up on my next statement. You guys do not leave any phone # to talk to somebody directly. Not a very good way to do business. I think this would be classified as FRAUD!!!

unauthorized charges
I orderer the google success kit online when it said that all I will be charged was $1.00 because it was a special at the time (11-17-2008). On 11-24-08 I was charged additional $11.95 and again in December. I have yet to recieve the item in the mail. I have tried to call the number on my bank statement but no success yet. I need and want a complete refund immediately!!!

taking money out of my accpunt
I am getting very upset with this googlesuccesskit as they take 11.95 dollars out of my account every month and getting nothing. was supposed to be sent a kit in the mail and never recieved one to this day and am thinking of getting an attorney and sueing them for fraud and will stop the bank from taking it out of my account
If I sue them I will be owning the company

Unauthorized charges
When I signed up for the GOOGLESUCCESSKIT, everything I read said it was a one time charge of $1.00. I now have a charge for $11.95 charged to me from the account that I used to get the kit. I am very upset that this additional unknown charge has caused my bank to go in the red, since I was not expecting another charge from you. If this is a monthly charge that I will have to pay, CANCEL my membership with your company. I have been out of work since June and your program does not help in this situation and with no money coming in, I can not afford your fees. Please call if there is a problem.

unathourized money taken from credit card
I have had several charges to my credit card by googlesuccess kit, 11.95 each time, plus a fraud protection, and identity security protection...I did not authorize any of these charges..what a scam..I have contacted my credit card company, wish I had a phone number to call this googlesuccess kit..they would get an ear full from me

i was charged$1 for info i never received--then 10 days later was charged 29.95 for NOTHING.i dont know who you people think you are but i TOTALLY expect 30.95 returned to my bank account immed.
