Poor Quality Wedding Rings

We purchased our wedding rings at Gordon's Jewelers only a year and a half ago and the white gold bands have turned yellow and are pitting. We have returned them twice to be "dipped" in rhodium, but they continue to turn and while I understand that white gold can turn somewhat, this is extreme. We have gone back to speak to the manager but not only will they no longer "dip" them, they will not offer a solution either. I am deeply sadden that the rings we are to wear for the rest of our marriage and are so important look so bad. Please do your homework and go to a reputable company which will stand behind their merchandise.

Braclet Repair

I took my diamond tennis braclet in to have a solder break repaired in Aug. of 2008. They never called to tell me it was ready. I live out of town, so I picked it up in Oct. of 2008. I told the manager I was never called. He said they called because I had seven diamonds missing, and they never go ahead with the repair without my approval. Well that's a lie. I was never called, and no one ever left a message. I don't have children at home, so there's no reason why I should'nt have got a message. As a matter of fact I check my messages and caller ID every day. Never recieved a message or a call.

There were not seven diamonds missing there were tweleve diamonds missing. There were no diamonds missing when I took it in.

I am very up set about this, and would like my bracelet repaired.
