fradulant charges
Back in 8/2010 i purchased 1 item from GotBody.com and paid for it...since then i have been having $29.95 charged to my cc by a company called BioMyWellness-hub.com and the most recent charge is from a company called Body Health Pros, which is when i noticed and researched my billings (my bad for not checking sooner). Thank You for THIS site which i googled and found out this company needs to be outed and blacked marked ASAP for their unauthorized practices. The Body Health Pros doesn't even have a working phone #...umm, clue#1...these people are STEALING.

Don't buy from GotBody.com
They stealthily enroll you for "diets central" or "cost smashers" and then the monthly charges start. I have called the number on my c.c. statement and the "Diet Central" rep said they would take off the charges and disenroll me but we will see if the credit actually comes back to me. I don't trust that it will, and will be canceling my card shortly, and all that entails, hooking up a new card with my legitimate accounts. The rep at Diets Central wouldn't tell me where this was sold to me, but I called GotBody because they seemed the least respectable of the co's I buy supplements from and got an agent who told me exactly what they do, that the business owner doesn't plan to change it though they get lots of complaints, and when I said I hope she finds a job at a more ethical company she said "I hope so too. I'm looking". Don't buy from GotBody.com!!

unauthorized credit card charge
Ordered on-line on 7/2/10 and received the vitamins. On 7/24/10 had a charge on my credit card for $29.95 from Bio my well.com with no telephone number. Cancelled my credit card and found a lot of information on the internet about Body.com selling your credit card information to other companies!

Deceptive use of credit card
I purchased product from these guys and was opt'd into a continuity program. I went through the checkout process again and still couldn't find where I agreed to do this. I had to call to cancel to avoid a charge. Then, 2 days after my order I was informed that my product was not in stock and wouldn't be delivered for 2 weeks. Kinda makes me wonder if they ever intended to ship the product. We'll see if it arrives. Until then, they've got my CC number and have already shared it with someone else (or a sister company) and I'm livid. I'd never buy from them again - even if what they may or may not ever ship me was offered for free...

unauthorized membership
I went online to buy a specific type of protein bars my trainer recommended. GotBody.com had a low price, so I ordered from them. Next thing I receive a confirmation of free trial, to be followed by $29.95 per MONTH charge for MyShapeMyWay.com whatever that is. I never saw any mention of this in my purchase of power bars.
There was a phone number to call to cancel the membership I never wanted in the first place. Let's see if they cancel it.
HUGE RIP OFF SCAM as far as I can tell. I guess I better cancel that Visa number while I'm at it, get a new one...

fraudulent credit card practices
Stay away from this company. They will give your credit card information once you make your purchase to a scam company that will bill your credit card multiple times per month for $29.95 for nothing! When I spoke with the marketing manager at GotBody he freely admitted that this is an "opt-out" program, meaning they sign you up without your knowledge and you're forced to opt-out of the scam. They know it's a scam. They know their customers are incensed. They don't care.

Shared my credit card info
I made a purchase on their website. 2 weeks after that I got a charge from lifestylefit.com for 29.95. It turns out the good folks at gotbody.com signed me up for a service AND shared my credit card info without asking me. I called and asked to speak to the owner. I left a voicemail asking him to contact me to explain why he had done this but big surprise he never called back
Moral of the story DO NOT SHOP AT GOTBODY.COM
