I ordered two items totalling £34.85 on 11/02/2010. I have emailed this company twice and rang them once. The emails are ignored and I was informed by phone that it clearly states on the website you have to allow 30 days for delivery and there was a tick box I should have ticked before going any further (i.e. paying for my order) to agree to this!!
I feel I am being fobbed off and am getting in touch with my bank to see if they can do something about this.
