Did not receive merchandise or refund
I order a F-150 bedrug from them in August 2009. After not receiving the tracking order within 14 days like the email promises, I contacted them only to get the run around. Melissa is the person who typically answers the phone and is incapable of answering any questions because she lies and says that she is too new. She will refer you to a Candalee Parker which will never return your phone call, your money or the purchandise.

DID NOT RECEIVE MERCHANDISE
In early Sept (7th) I ordered on line, a Dash Mat for our 1972 Chevy Caprice, , the next day $39.95 was deducted from my account and I did receive a order confirmation stating we would receive our merchandise with in 10-15 days and my order # DM5438258. Also that I would receive tracking info within 48 hours, which I never did receive!

After 15 days, when I did not receive my Dash Mat, I tried calling 800-955-5337 and 480-654-8015, which were both constantly busy, I kept trying for days, still busy!! I tried emailing at [email protected] and it was returned!

One of the complaints I read, indicated by reverse phone number, the 800-955-5337 was a Michael Weinberger at 6239 E Brown Ste 113, Mesa, Ariz 85205-4933!

I am deftly affraid, this fraud scheme has my bank # and will use it!!

This guy is a crook and he has to be stopped!!!

never received merchandise
Ordered a Ford Explorer security shade on 8/22/09. Have never received any confirmation, much less the merchandise. Spoke to a couple of customer service reps who assured me they would get back to me after they determined the hold up. Now all I get is busy signals on any number I try. This doesn't bode well. Don't be taken by the professionalism of their website. Everything certainly looks legitimate, but it's a black hole.

No Response, No Product
Ordered merchandise in the beginning of September. Waited several weeks with no email confirmations regarding shipping or any additional details. Contacted the following number: 888-670-3591. I called several times at various times throughout the week. Every phone call goes to voicemail. I contacted Mrs. Parks (voicemail only) Left several messages with my contact information, order number, name. No reply back. Non whatsover. Waste of time.

Did not ship product that was paid for, and just getting the run aound from Melissa Loff
Bought and PAID for a PLAIN dashmat...their site says 10 to 15 days to manufacture. Contacted the company and Melissa Loff contacted me and gave me several dates of shipment which none were met, she says she has no idea when I can expect shipment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I urge all customers to file a complaint w/ BBB as I have.

Did not receive ordered merchandise
I placed an online order for a dashmat on April 25th. I received an email confirmation from the company immediately and they debited the money out of my bank account the next business day. Plain dashmats took 10-15 days to make. 4 weeks later after not receiving the merchandise I emailed customer service via their website. No response. After a second email and no response I started calling the 2 phone numbers listed on the website leaving several messages. No responses or return calls. Last Wednesday, June 3rd I finally got ahold of an actual person by the name of Will. I explained my multiple attempts to find out the status of my order. He assured me he would call the manufacturer and get back to me either by my phone number or email. It's 3 days later and no response. I tried calling again today and get recordings to hold for long lengths of time with no one picking up. My son suggested maybe they have gone out of business, so I started doing internet research and stumbled across a complaint where someone found out they have filed bankruptcy and refuse to refund his money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIPOFF!!
