In May I purchased a bumper and associated mounting brackets from this online company. The company sent me the wrong mounting bracket and after a month, asked me to submit a new order for the replacement bracket, which they charged me for and that they would process the return separately so I could receive a refund. It's been since May and no one from this company will return my calls or emails to process the return. I've contacted the BBB and family attorney. It's not big $'s, just lack of customer service respect!
