Aweful Companies
Long story short, GotWholesaling is an absolutely aweful company and their products, Infinity Spas are garbage. We purchased an Infinity Spa on e-bay in August, 2007 and paid right away. 10 weeks later, we received our tub. Of course, it didn't work and we contacted Jason Gaut at GotWholesaling who got us in contact with Infinity Spas. They sent 2 new control boards because the first one was faulty. It was another month before we could use the spa. The technician in Canada who Infinity contracted with to repair the tub told us that the spa was of inferior quality, the pumps were one speed - not two speed- as advertised, and there was virtually no insulation in the tub. We were disappointed, but happy to finally have the spa to use. In August/08, the ground fault kept kicking out. I contacted Jason Gaut of GotWholesaling repeatedly, who after about 3 weeks, sent an e-mail indicating that a service request had been sent to Infinity Spas for service. About 100 phone calls and/or e-mails to Infinity Spas later, we have still not been reimbursed for the replacement of a heater element ($339), which is covered under the warranty. GotWholesaling (or Blue Water Spas), who we purchased the tub from, also will not return phone calls or e-mails. I tried going through my credit card company for purchase protection, but with no luck. Bottom line - these companies are an absolute nightmare and are scammers. Remember, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is! We learned the hard way. I can certainly sympathize with anyone else who has had dealings with either GotWholesaling (who also goes under the name of Blue Water Spas) and Infinity Spas.
