On January 2, 2007 I paid, via MasterCard, $39.95 to Gove-Records.Com for a two-year subscription to enable me to access all public records. Every time I tried to get information on any individual, including myself, there were either no records or I was led to another web site that wanted another payment in order to gain access to the information I was seeking. This web site offers a satisfaction guarantee within 56 days, if not satisfied, they will issue a refund. I have been corresponding daily with this web site since January 3, 2007 expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting a refund.
In response, they keep asking for the same criterion of information over and over again which I comply with each time. I am very frustrated and have told them that I would issue the information one last time before contacting the Attorney General's office for that web site to be investigated for fraud. I would greatly appreciate any sort of investigation or help with this matter.
