ON MONDAY FEBRUARY 2, 2009 I PURCHASED GOVERNMENT RECORDS, USING THEIR WEB SITE. COST 39.95, I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET ONTO THE WEB SITE. I CONTINUE TO GET AN ERROR MESSAGE. I CALLED CLK BANK AND WAS ADVISED IF I COULD NOT GET ONTO THE SITE IN TWO DAYS, A CREDIT WOULD BE ISSUED TO MY ACCOUNT. I AM NOW REQUESTING A REFUND.
I STILL CANNOT ACCESS THE SITE.
