A government travel card is mandatory where I work, so I did the appropriate paperwork and ordered the card. I receive the card and several days later receive a bill for $20 although I have never used the card. The charge was for shipping. This was the first card that I had ever been charged for shipping. But here's the rub, I have to pay whatever amount CITI wants to charge me or be issued disciplinary action by my Commander. So next month, if a customer service rep working at CITI wants to say charge me $500 (athough I have never used the card) I have to pay it or lose my Job. CITI has a great scam going on.
