NC Housing Agency received $25 Million for the HPRP program. They release this money to Non Profit Groups as Grants to be used for the purpose of the HPRP program which is a federal program run by HUD.
Gastonia NC Salvation Army received $700, 000 for such purpose. But the Salvation Army and the person in Charged over the program Craig Primm are using the funds for more than just HPRP.

Governor Bev Purdue's office has been notified concerning this matter, So has the NC Housing Agency along with the lady over the HPRP with the State. But is anyone listening or doing anything.
There was an attorney with the Governors office who did seem to care and would do something, But now she is no longer with them.


I have read so many similar complaints about this program in other states along with NC.
