GoVideo / Soyo Model R6530, what a piece of crap. Manu in 2003, quirky when bought new. Picky about DVD+R media brand, sometimes does not work or do anything. Applied a recent update and it croaked. Calls to their customer no service numbers, go unanswered. Or we will transfer you then hangs up. Funny thing is other model I also own works real nice.
This one is a bad one and I guess I got some DVDs made on it, before it went DOA. I will never buy this brand again and also never spend more then $5 at walmart where I bought it.
