I purchased a membership to the genealogical site and have yet to receive the in formation I need to access the site, nor have I received any response to my requests for the information. I received one automated reply from the "customer support" group with in tnstuctions to no reply to that mail. I tried access with all the links they sent in this letter and still no results.
I filed a complaine with clikbank with all the information they asked for. I've heard nothing from them either.
I would like to know if anyone has ever gotten satisfaction from this website or from clikbank.
