I paid $39.94 for an unlimited access to search public records for informtion regarding birth, death, marriage etc. records with assurance it would only be a one-time charge. I had a very hard time even accessing the member area after paying the fee and adding insult to injury, each and every search I requested came back showing "no results". The persons being searched I knew for a fact had been born, married, died, etc. but not one single piece of information showed up. I was, however, in a few instances, shown a list of people with the same last name referenced in undesirable websites (in my opinion) such as Facebook, My Space, Black Planet and more. I was not advised I would have to go to these other websites to even find a name, and shudder to consider the garbage I would have likely found had I done so! This company and many others should be blackballed from the internet, as they prey on trusting consumers who believe they will get what they pay for! I don't know if there is anything that can be done to correct this problem, and of course I would like to have my money back, but guess that is not going to happen; however, this complaint is being posted hoping it will deter others from making the same mistake. There are numerous complaints already here about this company, but I stll wanted my voice to be heard! What has happened to honesty and integrity in business practices?
