Unauthorized Bank Draft
Folks,
Ijust wanted to let everyone know this stuff is still going on. I just looked at my bank statement and found an unauthorized charge for $34.95 by gpnethelp.com. I have no idea how they got my info. As it is Sunday, I will be contacting my bank AND gpnethelp.com, first thing in the morning. There is a different phone # listed for gpnethelp.com on my statement. It is 1-888-824-3640, in case anyone else wants or needs it.

Unauthorized Charge
I just got reviewed my bank statement from last month and noticed a charge for 34.95 and didn't know where it came from. Can you give me some assistance on how to get this removed and my account credited. I have never visited this site but would like to speak to someone personally to have this resolved.

Unauthorized charges
Noticed a charge on credit card. Called this business if that is what it is and ask how they charged on the credit card. They told me that I had signed up and was a member. Well supposely this place is a dating service, never used, never signed up also back in April they charged to this card, at the time had some health issues and it slipped by. But the woman was more than happy to take the April charge off and the current charges off the card. The scarely thing is they can do it again!!! According to the credit card company even if I close the credt card account, this place can still charge to a cancelled credit card and I can be charged for it. I wish this company could be traced. I am the type of person who would press charges to the limit. The charges to this credit card were $59.95 each time, guess they feel that people just don't look at the statements from credit card company.

Unauthorized charges
I realized lately that I have been charged 34.95 per month since Jan. "08 by GPNETHELP.com. My wife nor I authorized these charges. We had to change our credit card to avoid more billings. Our Credit Card company could only refund up to 60 days fraudulent charges. I guess I'm out of $134.80.
They (GPNETHELP.com) must have picked my card up thru internet purchases during the XMAS holidays.
Beware!!!

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
Never heard of these people & never solicieted their service. But somehow they got into my computer, accessed my credit card info and charged me $34.95. These people need to be in a cage.

I have a $ 60 dollar charge on my debit card from your company and I have no idea how or why. I want to know how you obtained my info and why I have a charge of 60 bucks from you on there.

Unauthorized deductions!
There are three unauthorized deductions from my credit card of US$4.95, $9.97, & $27.28. These were made on the 18th & 22nd April. I have never dealt with this company and have no idea how they got my credit card details. Being in Australia it makes it hard to contact them and sort it out. Any ideas on how I can recover the money and ensure it doesn't happen again.

They charged me without I know anything about it!
I have been charged in 16/04/2008 with this amount $59.95 (£31.41).I didn’t know anything about it till I find it out when I did check up my Credit Card online. It shows that the company GPNETHELP.COM churched me without even let me know why. Now I have to check the previous months, perhaps they have done it for long time as long I see many complains for this company from other peoples around the world.
I hope that I will get paid back for this one day but one thing is for sure, NEVER CREDIT CARD ANYMORE.
