Unauthorized payment!
First they took 9.97. Then they took a 30.00 dollar payment that I did not authorize. I'm closing this account if this continues!

unauthorized charges
My account was charged for this service which I know nothing about-I emailed them and told them I had not authorized this and I did not get any response back. Now, my account was charged for this month also.

unauthorized withdrawal
Three unauthorized withdrawals were taken from my credit card totaling 55.00. from GPnethelp.com. How do I get it back.

unauthorized charge
signed up for a trial period which cost 9.95 and thena week later another charge of 34.95 appeared. the whole time i could not use the service because it would not let me log on. i sent a complaint to there customer service and got a computer generated response promising me they solve the problem. after i did not receive a resolution i sent another complaint and wanted to cancell the trial membership. again a computer response with no resolution.

unauthorized charges
This company is the billing entity behind Fling.com I friend ask to use my card for a free trial offer that required a credit card. He immediately sent the cancellation notice to Fling and gpnethelp. His account was a free account and Fling had offered A FREE TRIAL UPGRADE for a week, in which they charged a$9.95 charge. He did not receive the upgrade and he cancelled all services with Fling. For four months gpnethelp.com has billed $34.95. I have sent them 10 emails and they continue to bill the account. My friend has sent them numerous emails as well. They do not respond but contiunue to bill my card.

Unauthorized Charge
Was paying my CC bill & noticed a $59.95 charge to GPNETHELP.COM.
Canceled my CC, then found this site. One of the complaints had a phone # for these crooks. Called, & they reversed the charge...It was for an online dating service, yea just what I need!!!

Stealing money from my account
gpnethelp.com has been falsely charging my account. I have no idea who they are or why they are doing this, i have tried to contact them but they are not able to be contacted. They have at least twice now charged my account for $37.95 for no reason. My bank says the only way i can stop them is by contacting them. Why are they allowed to steal from me like this? I want my money returned, NOW! Please someone help me with information as to how to go about this problem.

Unauthorized charges
I was checking my online bank statement and found a weird charge of $34.95 on my statement from a company named GPNET.COM. I called a number found on this site (888-205-2664). When I spoke with the representative he reversed the charges. I thought it strange that this company had my finaincial information; however, the representative was really helpful.
