Is This Company A Job Placement Agency?
In my research on this company when looking for job postings at Indeed.com, I found links to the company. One of these links had the website posted at: http://www.superpages.com/bp/Minneapolis-MN/Graham-Recruiting-L2207205935.htm
They also have icons posted of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN, and send to email and mobile phone icons. It looks to me that this company is a staffing agency. They take your info in order to recruit you for direct, temporary, or contract to hire positions that fit your needs to make you happy. Say they say they’ve been in business since 2009; so they’ve been in business for a very short time. I tried to see if they were listed with the BBB, but couldn’t see that they were.
They look like the same type of business like Manpower (Recruitment & Staffing Services for temp and permanent jobs), and Workplace Employment Center (Carbondale, IL). But, I would still be cautious and check them out more to be sure. All over the Internet they have postings for jobs in several states.
In my experience, whenever I needed help through a job placement agency, they always needed my resume so they saw what experience I’ve had and where I had worked. That is how they knew in what area they could help me in finding me jobs that matched my experience. They didn't get me the job; just they were a business that helped to seek and find one that fit me. They also post job listings on their board at the place of business and on their websites.

Fake Employment Adds
I applied to a job listed on Craigslist for Doctors Office Receptionist. Immediately I received an email saying
"Due to the overwhelming response we have created an online application for your convenience.
Please click the link below for the application to fill out.

Sincerely,
Elizabeth Moore
So I clicked on the link and the page that appeared seemed very familiar asking for my educational info and a resume upload, but no questions about my skills or work experience. I filled it all out anyways, but did not include my cell number, as in the past I have received unwanted texts, from sites similar to this. After I hit submit, it asked me to call a 1888 number to verify my info before it can be submitted. I called and talked to a guy who said he didn't know where the job I applied for is, and then asked me about my educational background and if I wanted to enroll in school. I said no to that and then he said he had everything he needed.
This place obviously is just trying to recruit people to go back to school. If I had said I had a PhD I think he would have asked if I was interested in furthering my education.
Also I emailed Elizabeth Moore back from the first email I got from them asking where the position was located and received the same response to fill out an application. This whole process was a waste of time for me, so don't waste yours!
