Where do I start. First off my fiance and I were looking here to have our wedding and took a trip to see the place. The first night was great but on the second day I was playing slot machine when it began malfunctioning. The couple next to me realized it as well and said "hey, that's messed up". I called the employee over whom seen tge same problem. This was followed by two supervisors who all came over and claimed computer don't make mistakes. They began speaking spanish not expecting that my girlfriend and I were tourist and thought we did not speak spanish; they began making fun of us. The couple next to us stuck up for us. All of us all asked to check the cameras and anyone could see the issue. Even after they all clearly saw there was a problem they shut the machine off and then asked us to leave which from such disrespect the other couple left as well. I made a report and followed up with management head in the mourning. His name Phillipi Salvanti, began making promises of what he was going to do. Check the cameras, leave something nice in our rooms for us when we arrive back at the room later that night, they don't tolerate that kind of service, etc... That night he did not do no such thing. Even worse he did nothing for the situation other then treat us with the same disrespect the casino employees did. We've never been treated so bad, and they would promise the world but deliver nothing in return. I wasn't expecting nothing but if you say something be a man of your word and follow through. Beyond being treated like garbage, the service was slow and management was rude. It's sad because this is such a beautiful resort and the staff ruins it. Due to such horrible treatment how could even consider a wedding here. Very disappointed, and can't believe they're able to rip poeple off and disrespect their guests.
