I am writing to complain about the fact that I am unable to use a phone card that I have purchased for £5, as it has been suspended.

When calling the customer service number (ref: 2074834) on 28th February 2009, I was told that I have to go back to retailer to claim my money back. This is not something I am able to do. I am therefore asking for the money to be re-imbursed by yourself or for another phone card to be given with a credit of £5.
