TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,
On Dec 29, 2009 I was driving around to find the cheapest gas prices BP could offer, I live near Armitage and California where the gas station on that corner has their price for 2.99g. So i drove a little further and found that on GRAND AND NORTH AVE. 4400 W. North ave. chicago Il. They had their sign up for 2.83g. as i was pumping 18.oo along the way, I notice they were charging me 2.95 a gallon. Within minutes they had an employee changing the sign to read 2.95. So i stopped pumping my gas and went to the cashier rep. who then yelled at me and said they changed the price 10mins. before i pumped. 1:04, I then told her no need to yell, but I know what i saw. it read 2.83. my receipt has 1:12pm after i stopped pumping. when I drove into the gas station BP still had that 2.83 still posted up there. that's the only reason why i even went into grand n north Ave. gas station. I ask to speak with the M.O.D he tried to convince me that the price he had was 2.93g. but they had to change it back to 2.95. i told him no the sign again read 2.83 the employee is still holding the number in his hand. I feel i am a loyal customer and to be deceived and ripped off was very hurtful. the attendant cashier lady had no respect for me and treated me like i was no one. The manager did nothing to stop her from being rude. I hope that this matter will and can be resolved.
thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
unhappy customer.
