I applied to this school with the hopes of furthering my education; however, now that I am enrolled I see how wrong I was. First the school made numerous calls to me about starting classes right away and that I had to fill out a scholarship application ASAP because this was the last day that the applications would be accepted. Then I was told that they would request my transcripts for me. Well before they even had my transcripts they conditionally accepted me. The whole time I was applying I was able to get my enrollment counselor on the phone and he answered my emails rather quickly.
Now that I am enrolled I cannot get anyone on the phone and to make matters worse I have been enrolled in two summer classes and two fall classes without my consent. I have also had my Financial Aid accepted on my behalf but I never informed the school that I wanted to accept the aid or how much. The school accepted for me and at the maximum amounts for the entire school year. I believe this is fraud!!!
I have been trying for three weeks to drop from the program and cannot get anyone to drop me from the program. I can’t even withdraw from my classes because there is no way to do it on my WebAdvisor(the program the University uses so students can keep up with there accounts and class schedules) but I was told by the enrollment counselor that I could drop my all my classes by this route. When I called my student Advisor she told me she could remove me from the program but I would have to talk to my financial counselor first. Well surprise I cannot get of hold of her either. I have saved every email I have written and will file a complaint due to the numerous violations this university has done.
