False advertising and refusing refund
The company lied to me about what I was buying and when I figured it out an hour later, refused to refund my money. I gave Grand Central Photo the make and model of the camera I wanted which sold for $3200 by most other vendors but sold by GCP for only $2600. They told me twice before I bought the camera (on Jan 25) that it was the exact same camera sold by other vendors but were able to sell it cheaper because they bought a mass quantity of this camera. One hour after the order was placed, I wanted to cancel my order because I found out the lens of the camera I bought from them was of a much cheaper quality than what is sold by other vendors. Grand Central Photo admitted that this was true and stated this was part of the reason why the camera was cheaper - they made no mention of this before I gave them my credit card number to purchase the camera. If I had known this, I would have never ordered the camera from GCP. My order was placed over a month ago and they are still refusing to refund my money. They are charging me $700 in fees to return the camera even though they told me (when I called them to return the camera 1 hour after the order was made) that I would not be charged anything but shipping.

Bait and Switch
This company has lied to me from the very first conversation! Called after they were supposed to send me my invoice, which never happened. Called to cancel my order right away and they told me no order was even placed. This is after I called the business to tell them the 2 lens they tried to sell me did not exist from Nikon. They told me after I called waited on the phone for 2 hours that the order would have been in the computer and they would be able to see it. So they told me the day the order was placed something must have happened because they had no record of it. I asked Shaun to send me an email stating the order was canceled and he said he could not because I did not have an order number. I told him I did not have an order number because your company did not give me the purchase order via e-mail I was promised. I stated your company was supposed to send me this information before an order was even placed to confirm what they were ordering!
The company has only called my house 1 time and this is after spending numerous hours on hold and getting the run around about the order. They charged my credit card days later then when I finally contact them state the order was shipped which was another lie and have proof of that. Weeks later after my credit card charged they camera is shipped even though they told me they could not stop the shipment? Also at this point 3 weeks into the order not one person from this company could tell me what I was being charged for. They stated that as soon as the order was received they had no access to tell me what I purchased!! This is the first time I have been told about them not accepting a return since I spoke numerous times to Alon about this order that he could not tell me anything about. The merchandise I was supposed to receive was not what was ordered. I was told they would gladly give me what I ordered for more money, even though the 2 lens that they were to send me did not exist. At the time called ALON and told him Nikon did not make the lens he quoted me. He stated that was the wrong lens but never once told me it was not a Nikon lens they were sending but a sigma! How can you sell merchandise receive payment and send another product! This is called switch and bait! I tired to get a RAN number from this company that I was told when they shipped this order they could not tell me what they shipped, they I could return it as soon as I received it. After receiving it I called them immediately and was told I needed to speak to a Manager before they would accept to review phone record which I would gladly like to hear myself! Again no one called me back called everyday and was told the same thing, Oh they are not in they will call you as soon as they are. Then when I finally talk to someone they tell me I waited too long, I can not return it. I also paid for other items that I did not receive and a 3 year warranty with no information about it. I asked for the camera verification from Nikon USA and they stated they did not have to provide that to me. I called Nikon with the serial number and they stated the camera they shipped was not from the US and they would not warranty it. I asked Alon about this and he stated they camera was purchased in the US. The box I received from them had not packing ship or invoice for what I had been charged for. Allon or Reginald's statement is a complete lie; I do not even think they know how many lies they have now told me, just one after another. Also for a company that only called my house once and left one message they certainly have tried everything to give what their web site states 100% satisfaction. They also stated that the product has been used where did this come from another one of their lies? I have never used the camera or junk sigma lens they sent, it is still in the box with no warranty, instructions battery, charger or memory card that I paid for. Also the last statement way past our return policy, how can you return the product if no one will help you, call you back or even tell you the truth! I do not know how this company can stay in business with the number of complaints on the web about them. If I was smart I would have read the complaints about this company prior to my phone call and never placed an order with such a fraudulent company.
