Attached is a letter sent to HotWire letting them know how they let me to believe I was going to a three star hotel. In the end the two nights I spent there were so bad for the simple reason that we were three adults & one child we can barely fit in the room. was worst than staying in a motel on a busy highway! I can't blame the Hotel I blame HotWire for putting me in that hotel and for knowing for a fact that is was too small for three adults. Someone from HotWire called the Hotel and confirmed with him that maybe the room was too small for three adults. & HotWire did not do anything for me. What up set me the most is that in the end they said the Hotel confirm there was nothing wrong with the room. So no Apology No king of Credit nothing!!! We'll, here it is!!!

To whom it may concern,

I wanted to let you know my experience in this trip It most likely will be my final trip with Hot Wire if I don't get some kind of credit. First I like to tell you a little bit about my self & my family so you can understand my complaint. I'm a single mother that works very hard with two jobs so is really hard to have a vacation those two days out of the year is my vacation for the whole year, so last year I trusted in you because my brother told me about your website also in my job some of my clients have use you as well.

Any way the main reason why these two days are so important are because I also take my parents I thank God that I still have both with me but my main reason is always that my Dad and my Mom then comes my son off course I tell him you have to have good grades because even on two days I spend money on him to get what ever he wants choose the restaurants the toys etc... to me to get a three star hotel meant a lot I thought my very first time I save some more just for that "well it will be worth it I'm sure", but when I got to my hotel I though humm nice! The customer service was ok the hotel seem nice close to the beach oh how great.

I got to the room and when I went in it was so small it had a tiny hall way of about seven feet in the end of the hallway a table & chair I see a bed a king a sofa of probably 65 inches in the width then next to the sofa the fridge microwave cafe pot. to the side I see no second bed. so I went back and told them there must be a mistake this room only has one bed. So they said to me the bed is behind the sofa I had to pull it out, when I did I notice there was barely space to be in!

That when I first open the bed I knew I wasn't going to be comfortable so in went back told them this room was too small is there any possibilities to upgraded it I have problem being in such small places so Nick said to me that since when I got there early the room that was suppose to be for me was not ready they upgrade it me to a bigger one & since mine is in the corner view is bigger is made like a triangle so I a view of the beach room #203 which is in front of the hotel not the back where the view is, I could believe that was the upgraded version view of the beach if I stick my face to the wedge window ONE eye can actually have a view of the beach, so Nick said there were no more rooms.

I save all year for these two days you have no idea how important these two days are to me! Is getting away for my everyday reality of trying to make it day by day, so work on plain commission so lately is been really bad to sell so thats why is was important to get away from realizing if I have to look for another job... my dad is 80 years old & still do so much for me helps me in so many ways that this is my way of thanking him after being all day in the beach we want to relax we all watch a movie together even that was impossible my son laid on the end of the bed both of my parents were on the bed while I sat on the end barely even able to see the tv but I pretended I was fine but I wasn't it's not fair I thought I save all year long for these a three star hotel... not a chance even a days in will have been better because it would have not being design that way.

Any way the first night bad, my dad keep bumping in the edge of the bed, with his legs my son got a bump too big bump also on his leg see the picture so you can see why!

the ac was next to the bed that flips "RIGHT NEXT TO TO BED next to their heads" so they were cold while
I barely god any air from the ac unit so I put the fan, the fan had such a noise! one of the wings kept hitting the light base so I turned it off! so I sweat through the whole night while they were cold finally I felt to sleep after a night of noises some guys playing in the elevator some screaming from the window. Woke up my Dad was actually sleeping with the sofa cushion on the hallway of the room on the floor.
So I decided to see if I can go someplace else but did not find anything right away I felt like driving home but I spend $90 on gas! Keep in my mind I spend Friday all day seven in the morning until night time checking websites specially I had always used before you hotels.com I was going with them, but I knew you were good with me last year so I truly though it was going to be a good experience anyway in the end stay the second night the Saturday was way pack wedding no place to park.

I noticed there main thing are events in the hotel that was their main thing that is the reason of the way they design the hotel a restaurant on the top floor that spins was so upset with the stupid hotel I did not even go up there, not the guest in the hotel. That's what make the hotel money anyway my dad slept in the balcony the second night!

Oh yes! that was also an upgrade in my room forgot to mentioned that to you! that was good upgrade my dad slept on a chair in the balcony most of the night there was again guys playing in the elevator up to 2:00 in the morning. If it was just my son & I we would had a better time I wouldn't worry about leaving the parking because there wont be any handicapped or close parking because my mom being handicapped as well, with the wedding there was no space in the front of the hotel...

I feel like I was robbed from my vacation time with them! I had such a nasty time the only great time was the beach I don't know if my dad will be around next year I have no idea I don't want this to be the last vacation with him, but this was not a three star hotel maybe a two it was clean that it was close to the beach super great, but like I said it was such a bad time in the night I couldn't sleep because I knew my dad was in the balcony trying to sleep in the chair because of the ac hitting him on his face & all the noise in the hallways I was all upset about that plus the noise. I sent you these pictures so you can see why It was so bad you couldn't even walk in there!!! I think thats how probably an inmate lives of course not with the balcony and the beautiful view of the beach. I hope to hear from you soon hopefully you will understand I am going to be off until friday. I will try to make up with my son at least I can make up this time with him.

That is bad how this hotel puts four people in that kind of a room that is truly a shame I walk that avenue & saw all this gorgeous hotels I wish I knew better even If I had to spend a little more for a better room I did not think that was important to put when there two bed I never had that problem never, there are always next to each other! But do remember this room cost me $120.00 each room plus the fees. Please let me know what you will be able to do for me. Hopefully with the trust in your company I don't have to go anywhere but you I will be able to talk about this incident but with a happy ending because you stand on top of all your competition.
