I've been to the Grand Sierra Resort on multiple occasions and it seems like almost every time I stayed there or visited there I had a bad experience

once I booked tickets for a show. I specifically asked for front rows seats. When I arrived at the show I was escorted to a booth in the 10th row or so. There were five of us crammed in a booth which only was large enough for maybe four people. When I called to complain the person I spoke with at show tickets hung up on me.

Another time when I was there I left my car with Grand Sierra Resort valet parking. When I wanted to get my car back I had to wait for at least 30 minutes and possibly 45 minutes.
If you want Internet in your room at the Grand Sierra Resort it will cost you at least nine dollars per day. Ripoff in my opinion

another bad experience was with a bartender who could not figure out how to make a mai tai for my girlfriend to save his life. This was a grand Sierra resort bartender at Nikki Beach. This guy couldn't even figure out how to open up a can of pineapple juice-he kept on hacking at the can with a knife and nearly cut himself. The mai tai was a disaster and my girlfriend returned it. 10 minutes later the grand Sierra resort bartender delivered a second attempt which was even worse. We then had him serve a beer which we figured would be easier for him to get right. He insisted on charging for it, offered no refund for the mai tai, and did not return my change-he just put it in the tip jar. Total jerk-and completely incompetent

another time as Nikki Beach I had a coupon which should have allowed for people to enter for free. The Grand Sierra Resort doorman insisted on charging one of us which wasn't what the author promised with the coupon.

All of these things really did happen and you can be sure I won't be returning to the Grand Sierra Resort.
