Complaint made on June 27, 2011 Grand Bulldogs, AKA Matrix Bulldogs, AKA, 5 Star Bulldogs all run by
Brook Roque of Jacksonville, Florida. Complaint below.
The Internet is full of complaints about Grand Bulldogs and Brook Roque and his selling of sick puppies including several with congenital issues, won't refund any proven congenital defected puppies sold by him any out of pocket money due to the new owners he sold the pups/dogs to. Brook Roque will not return phone calls to the victims he sold these congenitally ill pups to, won't answer or accept certified mail mailed to him even when given documented proof from a Vet with ultrasound proof proving the defect from birth the pup/dog has which is life threatening. Brook Roque/Grandbulldogs also uses fraudulent puppy litter registration to register Bulldog puppies. He combines more then one litter from two different dams in one registration making it appear the litter was whelped from one Dam when in fact the pups are from different mothers unknown to the new unexacting buyers.
This guy Brook Roque is making thousands upon thousands selling tons of sick Bulldog puppies/adult Bulldogs and often sells a sick pup that's been returned doubling his money since he doesn't refund the consumer who returned the pup in the first place nor the next victim who buys that same poor sick Bulldog Pup.
With all the pups and Bulldogs Brook scams people in sales he could surely afford to refund monies to deserving victims from his sick puppies and dogs he sold that have Vet documented proof of congenital defects that threaten the health and life of that Bulldog. Please go the Grandbulldogs site Grand Bulldogs - Home and see all the pups Brook Roque has sold yet he refuses to return buyers legit Vet expenses the new owners have incurred nor will Brook Roque make right what Brook did wrong. Brook Roque thinks he is above the law.
I urge everyone scamed by Brook Roque to call the local TV media, local newspapers and the Florida State Attorney to report and follow up to the unjust and horrid practices Brook Roque of GrandBulldogs, and prior 5 Star Bulldogs, and prior Matrix Bulldogs to put a stop to Brook Roque selling Bulldogs, stop him from AKC registering bulldogs and running Bulldog puppy mills, breeding dogs or brokering them.
Has anyone tried to contact the Vets Brook says the Vet he used on the dogs health certificate is legit? If in fact the pups he sells have in fact been seen by that Vet on the health certificates at all??? Hummmm
